The Park West Building and Westgate Tower Building are located within a quarter mile of I-90 (east, west) and within a few miles of I-480 (east, west), I-77 (north, south), I-80 (east west) and I-490 (east, west). Downtown Cleveland and Cleveland Hopkins International Airport are within 10 minutes of our location.
Adjacent to our buildings is the new Westgate Shopping “Life Style” Center. This center contains many shops, banks, restaurants and major retailers including, but not limited to, Lowes, Target, Kohls and Marshalls.
Public transportation to all of the greater Cleveland area is easily accessed. The Regional Transit Authority's main line stop is immediately adjacent to the Westgate Tower Building.
At the present time, the size of the office area required can be determined by you so as to best fit your business requirements. Our office suites range in size from 280sq.ft. to 13,000sq.ft. A typical floor in the Park West Building consists of 12,200sq.ft. The buildings' center core designs allow maximum usage of large open areas.
