Custom Build Commercial Offices

Let our staff design and build your office. After reviewing the individual needs of your office operation(s), our design staff, with over 40 years of experience, will prepare several different interior designs for your review and approval. When the correct interior layout is achieved, we will prepare final construction drawings and should you desire, we will complete an interior decoration drawing. From Modern to Minimalist, to Early American, our design staff has unparalleled experience. Our construction personnel will transform your approved drawings into reality. Again, our 40 year experience in office construction is unequaled. We directly employ all construction personnel to maintain the quality and control that is needed to build your office on time and within budget.


A paved parking area adjacent to the building will accommodate approximately 300 cars. This surface parking area is available to your customers, employees and invitees without any charge whatsoever. In the underground heated garage, one of our 200 spaces is available at a rental rate of $35.00 per month. This garage is connected to both the Park West Building and the Westgate Tower Building.

Mail Service

Excellent mail service is available at both of our buildings. Delivery is made to the offices once a day (in the morning), and mail pick-up is made approximately two times a day.


Use of the elevators is available at all hours and the building security system allows tenants uninterrupted use of their office 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

All heat and air conditioning is furnished to the leased premises through a central system. All water and electric current required to operate and furnish these are paid for by the Park West Building Company, Ltd.

Thermostats are located within your leased premises allow individual control of interior temperature.
